Novena in honour of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception began on 29th November. The much awaited day -the 8th of December, the feast of the Immaculate Conception came with its joys and charm. Bishop Agnelo Gracias broke Bread for us at the 9.00 am Eucharist.Fr.Anto Vijayan, Fr.Charles SAC, Fr.Ranjith SAC, and Fr. Albert SJ, concelebrated to thank and praise God for the blessings showered on this home. We were glad to have with us Sr.Isabela Sweirad, our Superior General, Sr.Stella Holisz and Sr.Josephina D'souza General Councillors.
Soon after the Holy Eucharist, our Superior General lauched the website of Nishkalanka Seva home. With joy and gratitude all joined in extending festive greetings to Sr.Eugine Nirmala SAC, the administrator – this being her feast day also. We had the privileged to watch a documentary on "The Immaculate Conception" by Bishop Agnelo Gracias. The sisters with their short entertainment programme delighted the many relatives of our Senior Citizens and the well wishers who graced the occasion with their esteemed presence.
