The year 2013 was welcomed with joy and thanksgiving to God for what the year 2012 had been and for what the year 2013 will be.
The much awaited day 25th December came with its love and peace and the Joy of the Birth of Christ was felt in every corner of NSH with the carols and Christmas decorations all around.
21st December was set aside for the sports for the staff. There was good and enthusiastic participation from the staff in the events, with sounds of cheering from the senior citizens.
The Feast of Immaculate Conception, the Patroness of Nishkalanka Seva Home was celebrated on 8th December 2012 with much devotion and Joy.
On 15th November 2012 the festival of lights, Diwali, sisters decorated NSH with rangoli and oil lamps. In the evening all came together to share the joy of this festival with some games, dancing and fireworks.

The Sisters, staff and the Senior Citizens at NSH experienced the Peace and Joy of the Risen Lord in a very meaningful way in each other's company.
On the occasion of the feast of St.John the Baptist, all the Senior Citizens along with the staff and the sisters in the evening came together to share the fellowship
The preparation to celebrate the birth of Jesus began on 16th December with the Christmas Novena.
Novena in honour of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception began on 29th November.
